Wonderful paintwork
“Home Hues have done some wonderful paintwork for us - this month and also 12 years ago. We are really delighted with the quality of the finish and Sandy is a lovely guy to work with. Highly recommended!”
About Home Hues
A small crew, eighteen years on the tools in West Yorkshire.
Home Hues is a small painting, decorating, and plastering crew based in Hebden Bridge. We've been finishing homes across Halifax and the wider Calder Valley for over eighteen years: Victorian terraces, stone cottages, inter-war semis, and modern builds. Interior and exterior, from patch repairs to whole-house redecoration.
We handle all three trades under one name, so you don't have to chase a painter, a decorator, and a plasterer to get one job done. We turn up when we say we will, keep the site clean while we're in it, and leave it cleaner than we found it.
If you want a quote, we'll come out for a proper site visit first, talk through what you're picturing, and come back with a fixed written price.

Excellent service
“I moved into my new flat last year in Mytholmroyd which needed total redecoration. Home Hues did a fantastic job. The preparation, painting and care for my flat was exceptional. Very friendly guys who have a thorough knowledge of their profession and the quality of their work is outstanding. Thanks guys. Will definitely be calling on you again.”
Very pleased
“Good service and a professional finish.”
Plastering & finishing
“Finished to a high standard. Really helped me out and worked on Sunday, as I was let down at the last minute and potentially a line of other trades would have been inconvenienced if work wasn't done. Couldn't recommend enough. Happy I've found a good reliable guy going forward with my projects. Thanks a lot.”
