Do you cover both painting and plastering?
Yes, that's the point. One crew handles plastering and decorating end-to-end, so there's no back-and-forth between trades, no one blaming the other, and no timeline drift. It keeps the job cheaper, cleaner, and calmer.How do you quote?
A free site visit first, so we can see the rooms, the prep involved, and talk through what you're imagining. You'll get a written, itemised quote within a few days. A fixed price, not a rough rate.How much notice do you usually need?
Varies by season. Some weeks we can start within a fortnight, others we're booked a month or two out. Worth calling early, especially for kitchens, external work, or anything tied to a move-in date.Do you do exterior work in winter?
Masonry and exterior paintwork needs dry conditions and temperatures above about 8°C. We book exterior jobs around the weather. We'd rather delay by a few days than paint over damp.How tidy is the site while you're working?
Tidy. Floors are protected, furniture is either moved out or bagged, dust is managed room by room, and everything's hoovered and wiped at the end of each day. You should be able to live in the rest of the house normally.What areas do you cover?
Mainly Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd, Sowerby Bridge, Todmorden, Ripponden, Brighouse and the Calder Valley. We also work regularly across West Yorkshire, including Huddersfield, Bradford, Keighley and Leeds. Further afield by arrangement.
